The Board will hold its Regular Board Meeting on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 7:00pm.
This is a public (Open) meeting. Members of the public may access the meeting by coming to the meeting location. Please note: All attendees should be aware that open meetings of the Board of Education may be filmed/recorded and/or streamed online by local media or others.
The Board of Education meeting location is: Jessica Buckner Administrative Center, 525 E. 162nd Street, South Holland, IL 60473.
Board of Education Negotiations (Collective Bargaining) Meetings with the DEA - Closed Meeting
Negotiations Meetings at 6:00pm on the following dates:

The Board of Education will meet in a Closed (Executive) Sessions with the District Education Association (DEA) for the purpose of collective bargaining on the dates listed above.
The meetings will be Closed for the purpose of: Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2).
The location of the meetings will be: Madison School, 15700 Orchid Dr., South Holland, IL 60473.
Board News & Recognition!
The South Holland School District 151 Board of Education welcomed two new members on Tuesday, May 6, 2025! The new members are Mrs. Ernestine Proctor-Harris and Ms. Tiffany Daniels. Both new Board members were elected to four-year terms beginning from 2025 to 2029.

2024-2025 Board Meeting Dates
The Regular Board Meeting is scheduled for the first Monday of the month except for the months of July, September, and March.
A Committee-of-the-Whole meeting will be held prior to the regular Board Meeting. Items on the Agenda will be discussed, however, no board action will be taken.
